Gentle YogaNo Yoga Experience Needed
I lead a mindful and grounding Hatha Yoga class. I provide safe and appropriate movement
for those struggling with injuries and structural limitations. My classes move on the slower side with an emphasis on awareness of breath and sensations in your body. My hope is for students to journey inward, creating a sacred space for themselves to simply be as they are without needing to fix things. I love our Ballard Health Center Yoga Community! We have a blast together and learn a lot from each other.
