I am passionate about the body healing and
returning to its optimal health. I personally experienced a significant injury that led me down a path of deep inquiry into healing the body and specifically the nervous system. Through gentle yoga, mindfulness and meditation, I was able to run, jump and dance again. I love sharing what I learned to help others return to the activities and the life they love.

I will design a yoga practice specifically for your needs. You will:
