Chair Yoga

Expect to gently move your body with your breath while sitting in a chair and standing behind your chair. We will focus on body sensations with our movements and awareness of our breath. I will focus movements specific to where you are feeling discomfort in your body. My intention for this class is to help your relax, decrease pain and increase range of motion. I hope you leave feeling peaceful, happy and relaxed!
