I have been a licensed massage therapist since 1999 and
I believe the body, mind, and spirit can ALWAYS HEAL.
I continue to be amazed and inspired by the body’s wisdom.

I have been teaching various styles of yoga since 2002. My practice has evolved with time, personal injuries and inspiration from amazing teachers – thank you Laura Yon, Christy Fisher, Lara Catone and Sara Avant Stover! I have arrived at teaching Gentle Yoga which I treasure for its mindful, meditative, grounding and healing qualities. I see yoga as a practice towards connecting to our inner peace and this translating into the world.

I consider dance my passion. I received my Zumba Instructor Training in 2014 and I currently teach dance to seniors. I love the mindfulness, joy, and transformation that dance evokes. I am grateful to my dance teachers who continue to teach me the art and alchemy of dance.

I was born in New Zealand and moved to the United States, with my family when I was 10. I am a mother of a daughter and son who are my spiritual teachers on a daily basis. I care deeply about all parents having a strong support network. I am passionate about women having healthy pregnancies and empowering births, promoting first relationships between parent and child, Pre-K for all children and poverty alleviation. I am most inspired by love, resilience, nature and my friends.
